Registration categories
Concur 07 and associated workshops have the following three registration categories:
- Early: until Tuesday July 31st;
- Late: from Wednesday August 1st to Thursday August 30th;
- On-site: from Monday September 3rd.
Participant categories
- Regular: access to all sessions of the conference, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches (Tuesday to Friday), reception, excursion, and conference dinner;
- Students: conference dinner and excursion excluded.

Workshop Registration
There are 8 workshops preceding and following the conference.
No lunch is provided in the workshop days (see map)
Registration (in either category) includes access to all sessions of the workshops, informal proceedings, and coffee breaks.

Social Program
Notice that all events of the social program are included in the registration fee (except for the excursion and banquet in the student category).
However, access to all such events can be acquired separately, as it might be needed for accompanying people or students.

Accommodation – Availability, Conditions
Given the limited number of rooms in each category, early booking is strongly advised.
Hotel reservations will only be processed once payment in full has been received.
Requests by telephone will not be considered.
Prices and room availability is guaranteed only during Early Registration.

Cancelation Policy
Until July 31st: Viagens Abreu will refund the amount paid and charge a fee of €35 per registration
After August 1st: If notice of cancellation is received after July 31st participants will not be entitled to refund.
